Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, including contractors, manufacturing, restaurants, and generalist businesses.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Manage and service a diverse book of commercial lines accounts, including contractors, manufacturing, restaurants, and generalist businesses.
Handle quoting for new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals (approximately 75%).
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client retention.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably with small shop experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
A proactive, Type A personality with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
