What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide financial analysis and decision support to Technical Operations Leadership
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and track key financial metrics
Establish and lead processes around financial deliverables and reviews
Recommend and implement financial practices and policies for compliance
Partner with the Controller and external auditors for financial reviews and audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
10+ years of FP&A business partnering experience, with 5+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry
Strong experience with accrual accounting
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience developing standard cost
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
