How you’ll make an impact In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of Texas‑based commercial accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their needs. You’ll work closely with Producers and Account Executives to renew policies, secure new business, and provide proactive risk management advice. By building strong relationships with clients and coordinating resources, you’ll help protect their businesses and support their growth.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

Delivering high‑quality service to clients with varying needs.

Partnering with Producers and Account Executives to lead the renewal process and secure the best solutions for clients.

Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Managing accounts profitably and driving the sale of additional services.

Coordinating resources to address clients’ risk management needs.

About You You’re a service‑minded professional who thrives on building relationships and solving problems. You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

A bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of client service management experience.

A Texas Property and Casualty Producer’s License.

Proficiency in EPIC and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Texas commercial insurance (preferred).

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
