Our client is a global software vendor specialising in advanced data intelligence and security solutions used by government agencies, telecom operators, and public safety organisations worldwide.
They are looking for a Global Channel Partner Manager/Director to lead the development of their partner ecosystem, with a primary focus on U.S. Government system integrators and federal channel partners, alongside strategic international partnerships.
This is a highly strategic role focused on building high-impact partnerships, enabling partners to succeed in complex government markets, and driving partner-led growth globally.
The Role:
You will take ownership of key strategic partner relationships, working closely with system integrators and channel partners supporting U.S. federal and intelligence customers.
Alongside the U.S. focus, you will also help shape and expand the organisation’s international partner ecosystem, working with regional sales teams to drive joint opportunities and market growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop strategic partnerships with system integrators and channel partners selling into U.S. Government and federal markets
Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive pipeline and revenue
Enable partners to successfully position and deliver solutions within complex government procurement environments
Support the growth of the global partner ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and other international markets
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them identify new opportunities and expand their presence in key accounts
Work closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to support successful partner-led engagements
Requirements
Strong experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or partner-led sales within enterprise technology
Proven success working with system integrators or partners selling into U.S. Government or public sector customers
Understanding of federal procurement and regulated sales environments
Experience developing strategic partner relationships that drive revenue growth
Ability to operate in a global environment, working across multiple regions and cultures
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
