Catering Sales Manager – Chick-fil-A Jefferson City

Are you a go-getter who thrives on building relationships, making calls, and closing deals? Chick-fil-A Jefferson City is looking for a driven and professional Catering Sales Leader to aggressively grow our catering business through community relationships, cold calls, community sampling, and CRM-based relationship management.

We’re not looking for someone to sit behind a desk—we want a hands-on leader who’s energized by results, thrives in the community, and loves sharing excellent food and service with others.

In our kitchen, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients, and we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, we filet and bread it by hand in our restaurants in small batches. Biscuits are handmade hourly in small batches. Cookies are baked fresh locally in our store. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

Compensation & Structure

Target compensation starts at $58,080 composed of $43,680/year base salary for 40 hours (overtime is available) Plus 3% commission on all new catering sales outside of the restaurant. Example: $40,000 in sales growth monthly = $1,200 monthly commission

What You’ll Do

Drive catering sales through proactive outreach, cold calling, and in-person sampling with local businesses, government, schools, churches, and organizations

Grow relationships using CRM tools to track contacts, leads, and opportunities

Deliver and set up catering orders with excellence and professionalism

Represent Chick-fil-A Jefferson City with integrity and enthusiasm and a commitment to serving others

Collaborate with leadership to create strategies and hit growth targets

Assist with packaging and prepping food for catering and delivery

Build brand awareness and loyalty in the local community

Track sales performance and refine outreach strategy

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Is commission-driven and hungry to grow sales

Has a proven track record in sales or catering - Loves cold calling and relationship building

Has CRM management experience

Is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in managing multiple leads and tasks

Presents themselves professionally in every interaction

Has a valid driver's license with a clean drivers record

Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Has food service or hospitality experience (preferred)

Requirements

Valid driver's license and vehicle

Experience in sales, catering, or business development

Strong communication and organizational skills
