Sales and Admissions Coordinator
Full-Time | In-Person Davie, FL | Monday–Friday (Daytime)
The Role We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales and Admissions Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families calling for support. This role sits at the center of our Admissions team - the revenue engine of our organization. This is a high-volume, phone-first sales role where your job is to convert inbound leads into admissions. You will manage a pipeline, run structured follow-ups, handle objections, and close. We are looking for candidates who are motivated by hitting targets and genuinely care about the people they serve. If you can earn someone's trust in the first two minutes of a call, overcome financial objections with confidence, and keep a full pipeline organized - this role was built for you. What You’ll Do Own and work a full admissions pipeline - proactively follow up with leads at every stage to drive conversion Conduct consultative intake calls: build rapport quickly, communicate clinical value, and close admissions Handle objections confidently, including insurance, finances, and treatment fit Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage and financial responsibility clearly Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage your pipeline to quota Represent our mission with urgency, warmth, and professionalism on every call What We’re Looking For Required: 2 to 5 years in inside sales, admissions, patient access, or call center sales Proven track record hitting KPIs such as conversion rate, contact rate, or quota Comfortable and confident discussing finances, insurance, and payment responsibility Experience managing a CRM and executing structured, multi-touch follow-up processes Preferred: Healthcare or behavioral health admissions experience strongly preferred Spanish fluency — bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
