About the role

This role manages an

established portfolio of SMB and mid-market clients

while developing new opportunities within the St. Louis region.

You will work with executive leadership and technical engineering teams to deliver

consultative technology solutions

that drive long-term client success.

What you'll do

Account Management & Revenue Growth

Manage and expand an existing portfolio of SMB and mid-market clients

Conduct strategic business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Drive contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and service expansion

Serve as the primary trusted advisor for strategic accounts

Partner with engineering and service delivery teams to ensure long-term client success

New Business Development

Identify and develop new revenue opportunities in the St. Louis market

Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and outbound outreach

Conduct consultative discovery meetings to assess client technology needs

Design and present tailored VoIP and Managed Services solutions

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Job Requirements

10+ years of B2B sales experience

in VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, or Managed IT Services

Proven track record of managing and growing an

existing book of business

Demonstrated success

acquiring new logo accounts

Experience selling

complex recurring-revenue technology solutions

Strong understanding of

SIP, cloud communications, networking, and MSP services

Consistent history of

exceeding sales quotas

Preferred Experience

Experience selling

bundled telecom + managed IT services

Existing

St. Louis regional network

of decision-makers

Familiarity with

cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft environments
