Automotive Sales Consultant
to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will connect with guests, understand their vehicle needs, and guide them through the purchase process. You’ll help customers select the right vehicle, demonstrate features, assist with financing options, and ensure a smooth delivery experience while building lasting relationships.

Commission-based position | Uncapped earning potential
What You’ll Do
Greet showroom guests and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget
Recommend vehicles that best fit the customer’s lifestyle and requirements
Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance during test drives
Educate customers on warranties, purchase options, and available financing solutions
Stay up-to-date on current inventory, model features, and automotive technology
Manage the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships
Communicate with prospective customers online and over the phone to answer questions and schedule appointments
Track sales activities and follow‑up tasks in the CRM system
Participate in ongoing training and team development

What We’re Looking For
Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience not required)
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
Ability to understand customer needs and overcome objections
Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable learning new technology and dealership software systems
Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule & Work Environment
Dealership hours:
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Closed Sunday
Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, and Saturdays
