Position Summary As Sales Director, you will oversee all revenue-generating functions within the company. You’ll lead and grow our distributed sales team, guide regional sales managers, and set the strategic direction for outbound sales, appointments, lead nurturing, and deal-closing operations. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who has built and scaled a high-performance remote sales organization.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Leadership

Design and implement company-wide sales plans to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Oversee the activities and performance of Sales Managers and the Setter Team Manager.

Define, track, and optimize KPIs across the sales funnel, including lead conversion, appointment show-up, and closing rates.

Team Development

Hire, train, and manage high-performing sales talent (closers, managers, and setters).

Implement structured onboarding and ongoing coaching programs.

Create career growth plans and lead performance reviews.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with Marketing to optimize campaigns, funnels, and messaging.

Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth post-sale transitions.

Report directly to the executive team with accurate forecasting and performance analysis.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in virtual staffing or SaaS).

Demonstrated success managing and scaling remote teams across multiple time zones.

Deep familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Kixie, and Zoom sales environments.

Strategic mindset with strong execution and analytical abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
