Content Creator
to lead the development of performance-driven paid and organic creative across social platforms. In this role you will concept, design, and produce scroll-stopping ads and content to drive engagement, improve creative performance, and support revenue growth across key eCommerce channels.
All of True Classic's roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and different sales & marketing channels. This means you will have the opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives success across various markets and platforms.
Areas of Accountability Performance Creative Development
Concept, design, and produce engaging ads and creative assets (graphics, short-form video, motion, etc.) for paid and organic channels including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Develop multiple creative variations to support testing and performance optimization.
Content Ideation & Campaign Storytelling
Brainstorm and pitch new creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and evergreen storytelling.
Translate product features and brand messaging into compelling, audience-first content.
Creative Testing & Iteration
Collaborate on structured creative testing initiatives to improve CTR, CVR, and overall ad performance.
Iterate on concepts based on performance data, feedback, and platform best practices.
Social & Live Content Execution
Run TikTok Live events and confidently represent the brand on camera.
Stay on top of platform trends, cultural moments, and creator-style content to keep creative fresh and relevant.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Paid Media Team: Partner to align creative output with campaign strategy, testing roadmaps, and performance insights.
Creative Team: Collaborate on brand alignment, design direction, and asset production standards.
Marketing Team: Support campaign launches, promotions, and product storytelling initiatives.
eCommerce Team: Ensure creative aligns with on-site messaging and conversion goals.
Operations & Leadership: Contribute to global, omni-channel initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience creating digital content for social media, paid media, or eCommerce brands.
Demonstrated ability to concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content optimized for TikTok, Meta Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Strong working knowledge of platform‑specific best practices including hook development, pacing, aspect ratios, subtitles, and native‑style editing.
Proficiency in at least one design or video editing tool (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
Experience producing multiple creative variations for A/B testing within performance marketing campaigns.
Basic understanding of key performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rate.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear hooks, captions, and direct‑response style scripts.
Comfortable appearing on camera and representing a consumer brand authentically.
Workplace Arrangement Hybrid – Calabasas, CA This role is based out of our Calabasas, CA office, with the expectation to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to support collaboration and content production.
Compensation
$35-$40/hour
