The ideal candidate will have: 3-10 years of HVAC sales experience Custom equipment or solution sales experience Engineering degree (preferred, relevant industry technical sales experience can supplement) The position is regional but you do need the ability to get into Canada for training Strong independent work ethic with ability to work in a team environment Coachability Experience working on custom solutions or equipment sales experience - REQUIRED What's on Offer
