SF QA Team Lead
with
10+ years with minimum 6+ years of experience
to drive our testing strategy and lead a high-performing QA team. This role is central to ensuring the stability of our Salesforce ecosystem, specifically for
Energy & Utility Cloud . You will be responsible for building automated testing frameworks from the ground up and managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle within an
Azure DevOps
environment.
The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can architect automated test suites using
Selenium
and
Python
to validate complex
OmniStudio
workflows and
Business Rules Engine (BRE)
logic.
Key Responsibilities Automation Leadership:
Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks using
Python
and
Selenium
specifically designed for Salesforce's dynamic DOM and Shadow DOM elements. DevOps Integration:
Oversee the integration of automated test suites into
Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines , ensuring "quality at speed" for every deployment. Strategic Oversight:
Define the overall QA roadmap, balancing manual exploration with automated regression testing to support complex
Energy & Utility Cloud
releases. Team Management:
Lead a team of QA engineers, providing technical mentorship in Python-based automation and ensuring rigorous testing of
OmniScripts ,
DataRaptors , and
Integration Procedures . Defect Management & Reporting:
Manage the bug lifecycle within
Azure Test Plans , providing clear metrics on test coverage, pass/fail rates, and deployment readiness to stakeholders. Environment Management:
Coordinate with developers to manage sandboxes and test data, ensuring consistency across the development lifecycle. Basic Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum
6 years
in software quality assurance, with at least
3 years
in a leadership role. Automation Stack:
Advanced proficiency in
Python
for test scripting and
Selenium WebDriver
for browser automation. Platform Experience:
Strong background testing Salesforce environments, including a deep understanding of
OmniStudio
and
Business Rules Engine (BRE) . Azure DevOps:
Hands-on experience using
Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, and Pipelines)
for task tracking and CI/CD integration. Utility Sector Knowledge:
Experience testing utility-specific processes such as meter-to-cash, service orchestrations, or complex rate calculations. Preferred Skills & Certifications
Advanced Testing:
Experience with Salesforce-specific automation tools (e.g., Provar, Copado Robotic Testing) is a plus. API Testing:
Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs using Python libraries (like requests) or tools like Postman. Performance Testing:
Knowledge of load testing utility portals and high-volume Integration Procedures. Education & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field. Experience:
6+ years in QA, with a proven track record of shifting testing through automation and DevOps.
