Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst for an nCino implementation. As part of an Agile team, this role is responsible for testing new nCino customizations and various integrations, as well as creating automation test scripts. The position also offers the opportunity to take on development tasks on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities Test new nCino and Salesforce platform customizations, including those with heavy Apex code. Develop automation test scripts using Selenium/Cucumber-based frameworks. Test Webservices integrations with Salesforce using tools like Postman and SoapUI. Validate ETL data integrations with Salesforce, with a preference for Mule and Informatica-based systems. Perform database queries and validation using SQL. Collaborate effectively within an Agile team environment. Contribute to development tasks on the Salesforce platform as needed. Required Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of overall experience is required, including work in Agile teams.
Technical Skills:
Expert-level knowledge in Selenium/Cucumber-based automation script development. Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce platform (LWC, Visualforce pages, triggers, security model, data loader, workbench, flows). Experience testing Salesforce platform customizations with heavy Apex customizations. Experience testing Webservices integrations (Postman, SoapUI, JSON). Experience testing ETL data integrations with Salesforce (Mule and Informatica preferred). Intermediate-level SQL knowledge (Oracle PL/SQL preferred). Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Gherkin language-based automation frameworks. nCino product knowledge or experience with products built on the Salesforce platform. Experience in the banking or financial domain. Previous development experience in Salesforce, Java, .Net, Mule, or Informatica. Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate Range: $64.00/hr - $65.06/hr.
