H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) in Washington, DC. The Senior Enterprise Architect will be responsible for formulating, validating, and implementing EA frameworks, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Component Architecture, and Technology Architecture.

The Project Manager responsibilities will include: Overseeing projects through the entire SDLC and ensures requirements are met and/or exceeded. Providing expert technical consulting services on various technical disciplines including but not limited to database and client/server technologies, enterprise networking technologies, and business analytic/intelligence tools. Providing Architectural Analyses, Assessments, and Modeling Support Providing Technical Feasibility Assessments and Support Providing Business Needs Analysis/Business Case Support Providing Alternatives Analyses/Emerging Technology Research Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree or Higher from an accredited college/university, in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, business or information technology Required Qualifications / Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification FEAC Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) Certification A minimum of ten (10) years providing EA governance support to mid- to large-size projects Experience and proficiency with organizational IT processes/procedures/policies Desired Qualifications / Certifications:

FEAC CEA Certification with DoDAF Specialization Clearance Qualifications:

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
