Redesigning the Donor Journey for Striving For All\nMy goal for this Taproot Project is to create a redesigned donor journey that improves how supporters engage with our nonprofit across digital touchpoints (website, emails, giving platforms). Specifically, we’d like support in:

Mapping out the current donor experience and identifying pain points.

Designing a streamlined and engaging journey from first contact to long-term stewardship.

Creating clear calls to action, engagement paths, and messaging touchpoints that align with our mission.

Developing recommendations for web layout, content flow, and digital engagement tactics that make giving more intuitive and rewarding.

Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will support our mission by making it easier for donors to contribute and stay engaged in building resilient communities. Every dollar we raise goes toward empowering youth through free, future-focused education in Cameroon and supporting health and well-being initiatives in underserved communities. A stronger donor journey means more sustainable funding, which directly translates into more young people trained, more families supported, and more lasting impact worldwide.

My team and I have prepared for this project by aligning on the importance of improving our donor experience as part of our recent website redesign. We have gathered feedback from staff and volunteers about the current giving process and identified areas where the journey could be more engaging and user-friendly. We are ready to provide the volunteer with access to our website, marketing materials, and donor communications, and our team will actively collaborate to implement the recommendations.
