This position is responsible for preparing mortgage disclosures and related documentation in accordance with established regulations and processes. In addition, initiate effective and timely communication with Loan Officers and other team members while completing all administrative and compliance requirements ensuring accuracy and quality customer service.
Responsibilities / Functions:
Disclose complete initial mortgage application package to borrower(s) electronically within expected turn time Monitor a fluctuating pipeline and disclose change of circumstance Loan Estimates to borrower(s) within expected turn time Order, transfer and request cancelation of FHA case number assignment Order condo documentation Communicate effectively with Loan Officers and the operations team to ensure quality customer service Personal Traits / Competencies:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Pipeline management Ability to work in fast pace & time sensitive environment Ability to multi-task Oral and written communication skills Must be able to meet established daily expectations Ability to work independently Technical / Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Maintain working knowledge of loan programs and products Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications, Licenses, etc.
N/A
Hours for position:
M-F 9am-5pm
This position may require frequent additional hours, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet customer service and investor requirements
