We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the EPP/Payments domain and a strong background in ACH (Automated Clearing House) systems. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of proven experience in analyzing, documenting, and delivering complex payment solutions, particularly in migration and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements in the Payments/EPP domain. Leverage extensive ACH knowledge to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payment processing solutions. Drive end-to-end support for migration projects, including requirement analysis, gap assessments, and validation. Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure successful delivery. Support project governance by preparing detailed documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Act as a domain expert, advising on industry best practices and ensuring alignment with payment standards and regulations. Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specialization in Payments/EPP. Strong expertise in ACH systems and processes. Hands-on experience with large-scale migration projects. Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities across business and technology teams.
