Call Center Team Lead – Inside Sales

Base Pay + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking a high-performance Call Center Team Lead to drive results, accountability, and daily execution for our Inside Sales appointment-setting team.

This is a hands-on, player-coach position. You will actively make calls and set appointments while also leading, coaching, and elevating team performance.

This role operates in a structured, metrics-driven environment where performance, professionalism, and consistency matter.

What You’ll Own:

Make inbound and outbound calls to convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments

Lead by example in call volume (20–30+ calls per hour) and conversion performance

Coach team members in real time through call reviews and feedback

Reinforce scripts, standards, and CRM documentation accuracy

Monitor appointment quality and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team

Drive daily accountability around metrics and productivity

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM Friday: Optional 2:00 PM–5:00 PM Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Compensation:

Competitive hourly base + individual performance bonuses + additional team-based leadership incentives tied to productivity and appointment quality.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven inside sales or call center performance

Experience leading, mentoring, or informally coaching others

Comfortable in a high-call-volume, performance-based environment

Strong communication skills and natural leadership presence

Highly organized, metric-driven, and results-focused
