Symphony Talent, Atlanta, GA, United States

Description

Client Manager

Location: Virtual in the United States

Great relationships. Smooth delivery. Work you’re proud of.

At Symphony Talent, we help our 900+ clients worldwide connect with people in ways that matter. We combine insight, creativity and technology to build employer brands that attract, engage and retain talent – and we do it with people firmly at the center.

The Studio at Symphony Talent is where our strategy comes to life – turning insight into bold ideas, and ideas into work that shows up across the entire candidate journey. Client Managers play a key role here, helping translate client needs into clear direction for creative teams, and keeping work moving smoothly from brief to delivery. Everything we do is backed by our tech and media capabilities, so our work doesn’t just look good, it delivers real results.

With teams across New York, London, Bangalore and Belfast, we work globally, with a hands-on, collaborative culture that values curiosity, ownership and learning.

The role

As a Client Manager, you’ll help keep the Studio work running smoothly for a portfolio of US-based clients. You’ll partner closely with Studio Project Managers, Creatives and the wider Client Management team to keep projects moving – making sure requests are clear, priorities are aligned, and work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the work, building relationships, and making things happen behind the scenes. Around 40% of the role also focuses on resourcing and workflow management across retainer projects, helping ensure the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their client management skills in a fast-paced, creative studio environment.
