We are seeking a highly motivated strategist to join our global AdTech & Media Team.

Summary The Manager, AdTech & Media owns the day‑to‑day strategy, execution, and optimization of recruitment marketing media for Symphony Talent clients. You’ll translate hiring goals into paid programmatic media plans intentionally focused on the talent funnel via Symphony Talent’s SFX AdTech platform, ensuring campaigns are launched and optimized correctly, and deliver clear performance insights that help talent teams attract the right candidates more efficiently.

This is a hands‑on role for an experienced digital media operator and client partner—someone who can manage ad budgets, channels, and partners while also presenting recommendations with confidence.

What You’ll Do

Leverage market insights tools/date to assess labor supply and demand picture and competitive landscape for specific client hiring targets.

Build purposeful omnichannel, full‑funnel recruitment media strategies (e.g., programmatic jobs, display, paid social, search, native, connected TV, audio/video, in‑game, retargeting).

Translate client hiring needs (roles, locations, seasonality, volume) into audience, channel, budget, and flighting recommendations.

Develop testing roadmaps (creative, audience, bidding, landing experiences) to continuously improve outcomes.

Launch and manage campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, QA, and pacing.

Optimize toward agreed KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, qualified applies, hires, CPA/CPH conversion rate).

Monitor performance daily/weekly, identify trends, and make proactive adjustments to improve efficiency and volume.

Own measurement approach using multi‑touch attribution (MTA): conversion events, attribution considerations, and data hygiene.

Produce recurring reporting and executive‑ready insights that connect media performance to hiring outcomes.

Communicate what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re changing, clearly and credibly.

Proactively identify media growth opportunities / leads that can be pursued in partnership with Strategic Growth Management (SGM) using a commercial mindset.

Serve as a primary/secondary media point of contact for assigned accounts.

Lead client check‑ins focused on performance, learnings, and next‑step recommendations.

Partner with internal stakeholders (Client Success, Strategic Growth, Creative, Employer Brand, Product) to deliver integrated solutions.

Coordinate with external channel/publisher partners as needed (technology vendors / publisher reps).

Manage budgets responsibly: pacing, allocations, invoicing inputs, and documentation.

Maintain organized campaign documentation, briefs, and change logs.

Support continuous improvement of processes, QA checklists, templates, and reporting standards.

Create AI‑driven workflows/prompts to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements Qualifications

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in paid media planning/buying and/or AdTech, ideally including recruitment marketing, performance marketing, or lead‑gen required.

Hands‑on experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns in at least two of the following: programmatic jobs PPC, paid social, paid search, programmatic brand channels.

Strong command of performance measurement concepts: pixels, UTMs, conversion tracking, funnel metrics, multi‑touch attribution (MTA).

Comfort presenting performance narratives and recommendations to clients/stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actions.

Experience with recruitment advertising, employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or job‑seeker audiences are strongly preferred.

Experience with StackAdapt and Google Ads are preferred.

Familiarity with ad trafficking/verification concepts and privacy changes (cookie limitations, platform signal loss, consent).

Exposure to ATS/CRM analytics or conversion funnels tied to apply experiences.

Experience with using Enterprise ChatGPT in a work environment.
