Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead
We are looking for a highly skilled
Salesforce Technical Lead
with strong hands-on experience in complex Salesforce development and enterprise integrations. This role requires technical leadership, deep platform expertise, and the ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Required Technical & Functional Skills
Hands-on experience in
complex Salesforce development , including
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations Strong experience across
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Salesforce Technical, Sales, and Service certifications
(mandatory) Proven experience with:
Salesforce
org merge Lightning migration Data migration and data quality design System integrations
Strong background in
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
and enterprise integration patterns Salesforce integration experience with:
External business systems Middleware and integration tools
Proficiency in:
Salesforce SFDC / Force.com Apex, Java, JavaScript, XML
Strong experience in:
Salesforce configuration and customization Apex APIs and Apex Triggers Implementing Salesforce from scratch
Hands-on deployment experience with:
Visualforce Salesforce configurations Apex classes and web services REST/SOAP APIs AppExchange deployments Legacy Salesforce components (s-controls)
Experience with:
Workflow rules, alerts, actions Approval processes
Programming experience in:
J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, Oracle
Strong ability to:
Define system landscapes Identify gaps between current and target states Design and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions
Experience in a
consulting environment
is a plus Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the
technical lead
for custom Salesforce builds with heavy integration requirements Design and develop
complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Build
custom components
on existing Salesforce implementations Execute
quick Proofs of Concept (POCs)
to validate solutions Provide hands-on technical support throughout design and delivery phases Collaborate closely with
business and IT stakeholders Coordinate between
onsite and offshore teams Guide technical design, development, and delivery Track and
report project progress
on a regular basis
