Job Duties:
Responsible for providing marriage licenses, records searches, recordation of real estate documents, or answering telephone inquiries Responsible for handling money accurately, and reconcile cash amounts at the close of each day Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, as well as maintaining the departmental standard turnaround time for real estate documents Minimum Qualifications:
Must have High School diploma or the equivalent. One (1) year of experience in record maintenance, law, or real estate.. Must submit to/pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
