Customer Service Representative II
The Customer Service Representative II will interact with customers over the phone to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services relating to Frozen Beverage Dispensers. This position is also responsible for processing orders and assisting customers with inquiries regarding parts and orders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer phone calls for part orders and customer/consumer inquires and enter equipment and part orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, IFS. Handle customer concerns by issuing Cases and RMAs into ERP. Process orders through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Respond to customer and consumer inquiries via email. Review daily reports. Update system data provided by various departments. Create Sales Quotes as requested by the Sales Department. Perform other duties as needed and assigned. Minimum Qualifications - Education/Experience: High School Diploma
or
GED
required. Must have 2 to 4 years of customer service experience which includes handling phone calls, data entry and Purchase Order (PO) experience. Ability to work with a software system to manage customer information and enter data (e.g. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)). Must have excellent attention to detail with high accuracy. Must have excellent typing skills with accuracy, estimated up to 75% data entry required to include email correspondence, recording inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken. Must have excellent time management skills, with the ability to stay highly organized and follow up on all customer promises. Ability to work independently, be adaptable to customers' needs and handle stress well. Proficient with
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Must have excellent communication skills because of
daily contact with
internal employees and customers. Must be able to pass a
background check, drug test and a reference check . Physical Demands: Required to sit, type, have eye/hand/foot coordination, occasionally stand, walk and grasp. Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. This position works in a typical office, manufacturing, and lab environment. Clarity of vision including the ability to appropriately differentiate colors. Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds.
