Responsibilities

Develop a Continuous Improvement plan in line with the Global Continuous Improvement (CI) Strategy and Plant Strategy.

Identify and develop new project opportunities to drive continuous improvement throughout the Supply Chain. Achieves breakthrough results and eliminates root causes of waste, inefficiencies, non‑conformances, and process variation. Individual project cost savings targets should be achieved annually.

Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the site‑wide capability matrix by actively engaging, coaching, and mentoring front‑line business leaders to ensure continuous progress and skill advancement.

Plan and lead internal and external improvement maturity assessments to evaluate current capabilities, identify performance gaps, benchmark against industry standards, and generate prioritized actions that drive continuous improvement across the Supply Chain.

Project Management experience, preferably full certification.

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge
