Digital Marketing Specialist
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), website content management, and digital advertising. In this role, you'll plan and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns while advancing digital initiatives that optimize performance and deliver measurable results. Contribute to the planning and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Optimize and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, campaign management, and performance analysis, to increase website visibility and enhance SEM efforts. Regularly update website content and collaborate with team leads to enhance SEO performance and optimize advertising efforts. Build retargeting and remarketing audiences for various marketing campaigns, continuously evaluate performance, and implement data-driven improvements. Coordinate, execute, and monitor B2B paid LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive brand visibility and lead generation. Create high-converting landing pages to drive campaign conversions and capture high-quality leads. Monitor and analyze digital performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific reporting tools. Consolidate insights into actionable reports to guide campaign strategy and decisions. Support email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and audience targeting strategies. Partner closely with the marketing, branding, content, and sales teams to ensure digital efforts align with business objectives. Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in marketing. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment. Experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. CMS (Content Management System) and website content management experience. HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required. Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis. Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices and tools. Basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; HubSpot experience a plus. Proven experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally. We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $55,957.20 - $74,609.60. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%.
