Skilled Healthcare Center - Healthcare Organization is seeking a

Administrator (LNHA)

to oversee the operations for a nursing facility. The LNHA will be responsible for ensuring that the facility operates efficiently and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Facility Location: Kane County IL

About the Position

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Manage staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage to meet resident needs.

Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance and support to staff members.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, or a medical specialty.

Two experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Comprehensive knowledge of Long-Term Care Medicaid and Medicare and IDPH regulations and standards.
