Join Our Team! Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily operations of our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of resident care, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the 120-bed facility
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Develop and implement policies to maintain high-quality resident care
Lead, hire, train, and evaluate staff
Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate care plans
Monitor care programs and implement improvements when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident rights
Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
