Then this role could be the right fit for you. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for both hard-bid and collaborative delivery projects across multiple stages of project design. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and vendors within assigned scopes of work. Provide support to Lead Estimators, Chief Estimators, and Pre-Construction Managers by assisting with a variety of preconstruction and estimating activities as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management. Strong interest and passion for water infrastructure construction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working on water infrastructure construction projects. Previous exposure to cost estimating and parametric estimating methods.
