Shift

Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00p with some holidays and weekends per business needs.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the management of the new enterprise level ITSM platform, ServiceNow. This includes developing modules for supporting management of Incidents, Problem, Projects and Portfolios, Demand, Resources, Knowledge Articles, Configuration Management Database and many other areas.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Preferred candidate will have 3 or more years' experience in ServiceNow administration.
