Job Description Data Entry - Material Control • Accurately enter and maintain material, inventory, and receiving data in the system • Record purchase orders, work orders, material movements, and inventory transactions • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures • Support material control by updating inventory levels and tracking shortages or

discrepancies • File and maintain material records, packing slips, and related documentation • Communicate with receiving, production, and purchasing to resolve data issues • Perform routine audits and corrections to ensure system accuracy

Qualifications: • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail • Basic computer skills (ERP/MRP systems a plus but not necessary) • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment • Good organizational and communication skills

Schedule: M-F7am-3:30pm

Pay rate: $19hr
