Position Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of paid and organic digital marketing programs that drive qualified demand, brand visibility, and measurable business impact. This role is highly hands-on and will work across paid media, social, SEO, and analytics to ensure campaigns are well executed, continuously optimized, and aligned with growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Paid Search Execution & Optimization - Build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid adjustments, and ongoing optimization - Implement and maintain conversion tracking and performance testing to improve efficiency and resultsPaid Social Campaign Support - Execute and manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, including audience targeting, creative setup, and performance monitoring - Make ongoing adjustments to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion ratesOrganic Social Media Management - Maintain posting cadence and day-to-day management across LinkedIn, Meta, and X - Monitor engagement, respond as appropriate, and support content scheduling and performance trackingWebsite Copy & SEO Execution - Update website copy and develop SEO-focused content to support organic traffic and conversion goals - Conduct keyword research and support on-page optimization, technical SEO initiatives, and link-building programsProgrammatic & ABM Campaign Support - Assist with the execution and optimization of programmatic and account-based marketing campaigns - Support targeting, audience development, and campaign setup in alignment with sales and marketing strategyAnalytics & Revenue Attribution Support - Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics and trends - Support revenue attribution efforts by ensuring tracking accuracy and assisting with analysis that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue

Requirements
Hands-on experience with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing) and paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta)~^~Working knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, technical SEO fundamentals, and link building~^~Familiarity with programmatic and ABM concepts and campaign execution~^~Experience with analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution tools~^~Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously~^~Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft and optimize ad and website copy~^~Creative skills to match visuals with content
