Responsibilities
Actively generate new personal lines insurance business (Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, etc.) through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, and cross-selling.
Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to ensure proper protection
Prepare, present, and explain insurance quotes, coverage terms, and policy options clearly and accurately
Maintain strong relationships with clients to promote retention and long-term loyalty
Cross-sell additional products to existing clients to maximize account value
Ensure compliance with all California Department of Insurance (CDI) regulations and agency guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation and client records in the agency management system
Meet or exceed individual monthly sales goals and Annual performance metrics
Collaborate with team members and carriers to support overall agency growth
Requirements Prior sales experience, ideally in the Allstate insurance industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual (Spanish) candidates preferred
