About the Role
What We Offer
Pre-set Appointments: 5-8 appointments weekly with pre-retirees and retirees aged 59 1/2 to 77. High Earnings Potential: Earn $150,000 to $350,000 per year, with top advisors making over $500,000. Independent Role: Focus on advising, without the burden of marketing, HR, and tech duties. Back Office support in Case Design (Not just illustrations but also case design on how to get the sale), New Business Support, Marketing, and more. Comprehensive Training: Proven training and a success roadmap that has doubled our advisors' businesses. Supportive Environment: Our tech is built by advisors for advisors, taking the guesswork out of the process. Ongoing Development: Quarterly Mastermind Advanced Workshops focused on increasing sales. Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ financial situations and objectives. Develop customized financial plans and income-focused strategies aligned to client needs. Provide guidance on wealth management topics including retirement income planning, liquidity strategies, and portfolio diversification. Educate clients on safe money and risk-managed solutions, including fixed indexed annuities where appropriate. Discuss tax-aware and estate planning considerations in coordination with other professionals. Maintain ongoing relationships through proactive communication and reviews. Stay informed on market conditions, regulatory changes, and product updates. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. Review and present clear reports and recommendations to clients. Qualifications
Experience in financial planning, wealth management, insurance, or a related advisory role. Active Life Insurance License in Florida for 2+ years Knowledge of income-focused planning and retirement strategies. Familiarity with fixed indexed annuities and income-producing solutions preferred. Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, accountable, and growth-oriented mindset. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and professionally. Relevant licenses and/or designations (CFP®, CFA®, AIF®, CEP®, insurance licenses, etc.) are a plus but not immediately mandatory. Preferred Skills
