What We Offer:
$36,000 base salary + uncapped commissions OTE $90,000+ in Year 1 for strong performers Six-figure earning potential by Year 2 as your residuals compound Monthly residuals. Advisors you close in Year 1 keep paying in Year 3, 5, and beyond Warm leads and appointments delivered to you. Our dedicated marketing team handles all prospecting World-class onboarding & support team takes over after the close so you stay focused Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
Work a pipeline of warm, pre-qualified financial advisors — no cold outreach Build trust and demonstrate long-term value to accomplished professionals Follow up with discipline and the right cadence until the timing is right Close advisors into our program and hand them off to our onboarding team Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
3+ years in B2B sales, high-ticket closing, recruiting, or business development You’re money-motivated and see this as a career, not a gig You know how to stay persistent without being pushy You close by building trust, not pressure What You Don’t Need:
Financial credentials or licenses Insurance or annuity experience Industry background — we train you on everything If you can connect with successful people, follow through consistently, and close — we’ll handle the rest. Additional Information
