We provide financial advisors with a complete, proven marketing and sales system. From documentary-style films to proprietary live event systems, we give advisors the "unfair advantage" they need to dominate their local markets. Advisors join because the system delivers results, and they stay because it works.
Your Role Our dedicated marketing team handles lead generation and initial qualification, delivering warm, interested financial advisors directly to you. As our Lead Closer, you'll focus on what top performers do best:
Build genuine, trust-based relationships with successful advisors
Provide consistent, value-driven follow-up without being pushy
Clearly articulate the opportunity and how our program accelerates their business growth
Close them into our program when the timing and fit are right
Once onboarded, our world-class support team (training, marketing campaigns, onboarding) takes over so you can focus on the next relationship. This is
not
cold calling or high-pressure one-call closes. It's sophisticated business development: disciplined nurturing of warm leads who are already accomplished professionals and need to see long-term value before committing.
Compensation & Career Path
Year 1: Competitive base salary + commission to support ramp-up and pipeline building
Year 2+: Shift to strong residual commissions on your book of advisors, plus new-production commissions
Realistic path to six-figure+ annual earnings for consistent, high-performing closers who recruit and maintain 15–30+ active advisors over time
