A well-established law firm is seeking a
Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney (4–5 years of experience)
to join its
Houston office . The position involves working on sophisticated real estate matters including
commercial real estate transactions, leasing, financings, and acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets
across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Handle
commercial real estate transactions , including acquisitions and dispositions.
Assist with
leasing and financing transactions
related to commercial real estate assets.
Support matters involving
real estate development and investment projects .
Draft, review, and negotiate
complex transactional documents and agreements .
Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on various real estate matters.
Qualifications
4–5 years of experience
in real estate law at a law firm.
Experience with
commercial real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, or development.
Real estate finance experience
is preferred but not required.
Strong
legal drafting and analytical skills .
Ability to manage multiple transactions and work in a collaborative environment.
J.D. from an accredited law school and
active bar admission
(or eligibility) in Texas.
