The Pre Closer will be responsible for coordinating residential real estate closing processes, communicating with clients and all involved parties, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and utilizing Landtech. Responsibilities include preparing closing documents, reviewing contracts, gathering required information, and addressing client inquiries to ensure a seamless transaction process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in handling residential real estate transactions and closing processes
Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders
Experience with Landtech real estate closing software
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation and deadlines
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a professional, fast-paced office environment
Prior experience in real estate law or related fields is a plus
