Responsibilities
Analyze architectural drawings, engineering documents, interior design plans, and specifications to generate detailed, accurate cost estimates for luxury residential projects. Develop comprehensive takeoffs for materials, labor, equipment, and specialty items required for high-end construction. Prepare clear, itemized estimate packages that reflect premium craftsmanship and finishes. Source and obtain competitive bids from subcontractors and luxury-grade suppliers. Evaluate vendor proposals for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project standards. Maintain strong relationships with specialty trades, artisans, and suppliers to ensure best-in-class pricing and availability. Budget Development & Management
Create detailed budgets and cost models that support client presentations, proposals, and contract development. Identify value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality or design intent. Update estimates as design evolves, tracking cost impacts and recommending alternatives where needed. Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on estimating experience in the luxury home space Strong experience working on projects within the Palm Beach and Jupiter Island luxury markets. Proficiency with Sage Estimating Proficiency with Procore Strong understanding of regional subcontractor base and market pricing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes, and bid documents. Excellent analytical and communication skills; high attention to detail. Job Offer
