Construction Superintendent
to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible to support all aspects of Construction and the successful completion of assigned projects. The candidate will participate in overseeing job site safety, quality, project scheduling, and communications with the team.
Responsibilities
Own and create the project schedule.
Provide on-site leadership and build a team environment.
Establish and maintain all safety standards and culture.
Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Correctly read, interpret, and enforce the project's plans and specifications.
Complete daily reports regarding work accomplished, personnel on site, incidents, inspections, equipment use, etc.
Organization - From schedule implementation, to end-of-day clean-up, all the way through completion; everything shows a professional is overseeing the work.
Work closely with city officials in requesting and coordinating applicable inspections
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
Commercial experience preferred
Strong experience in Remodel and TI construction including site work, steel erection, ACM panel installation. Experience with a variety of structure builds, including TIs, CMU, Tilt, Steel, Wood.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
