In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Colorado. Colorado Hiring Range: This position is a non-exempt role with a compensation of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour with a potential bonus of 6%. The pay will vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage administrative and data-driven tasks to support the Large Commercial team, including processing endorsements, audits, and renewals, issuing certificates and Auto ID cards, and invoicing premiums and dividends.

Assist with setting up client portals, preparing proposals, handling binding summaries, and completing various data entry projects.

Answer phones professionally, maintain a positive attitude, and provide high-quality client service, even in challenging interactions.

Update client management systems, process applications and changes, and send proof of insurance to relevant parties.

Follow up on incomplete applications and change forms to ensure timely completion.

Manage special projects and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality of client and company information.

Continuously expand industry knowledge through training, continuing education, and professional designations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internal and external.

Attend client and market meetings, planning workshops, and stewardship meetings as needed.

Organize time effectively to meet project, renewal, and service deadlines while demonstrating initiative in assuming new responsibilities.

Credentials:

High School diploma or GED required, two or four-year degree preferred

Experience in the insurance industry is preferred

One year of customer service experience is preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions

Ability to obtain license within 30 days of employment
