Account Manager (Administrative) Account Manager - Ohio Workers' Compensation

MinuteMen OhioComp is hiring a motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for employer clients, helping them navigate the Ohio Workers' Compensation system while ensuring exceptional service and long‑term account retention. If you have experience with Ohio Workers' Compensation, human resources, claims management, workplace safety, or employer services, and enjoy building strong business relationships, we encourage you to apply. This position is ideal for a driven client relationship manager who enjoys working directly with employers, solving problems, and helping businesses manage their workers' compensation programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow new business opportunities and employer accounts

Serve as the primary point of contact for employer clients

Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Act as a liaison between employers and the managed care team

Work closely with third‑party administrators, brokers, and the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation

Identify employers who could benefit from return‑to‑work programs and assist in program development

Attend and represent the company at trade shows, safety council meetings, conferences, and community events

Prepare and present claim reports, cost analysis, and workers' compensation program updates

Oversee the resolution of employer concerns, issues, and service requests

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge of the Ohio Workers' Compensation system

Experience working with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) or Third‑Party Administrators (TPAs) preferred

Previous sales, account management, or business development experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills

Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships

Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
