Your Mission As the Brand Strategy and Market Experience Manager, you are the visionary and analytically-driven leader of our marketing initiatives across all customer segments—from high-end Architects and Designers (A&D) to channel partners and trade professionals. Your superpower is your ability to translate deep market analysis into segment-specific strategies that secure Bridgeport Worldwide’s market leadership and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic and Analytical Leadership
Market Intelligence & Monitoring:
Oversee all web monitoring and social listening activities to gain deep, actionable insights into designer preferences, customers and vendors needs, and geographical purchasing patterns across all segments.
Competitive Strategy:
Proactively research and monitor competing brands in every market segment (luxury, mid-market, trade), identifying their market penetration strategies and recommending adjustments.
Strategy Development:
Formulate the overarching marketing strategy for all Bridgeport Worldwide segments (A&D, Trade, Channel), ensuring alignment with global sales objectives and long-term brand vision.
Reporting:
Utilize strong analytical skills to provide clear, data-driven reports on marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline influence for each customer segment.
2. Brand Experience and Engagement (Segment-Specific Focus)
Vendor Collaboration (Partnerships):
Serve as the primary marketing liaison with key vendor partners, actively engaging their marketing teams to share insights, collaborate on joint campaigns, and maximize shared market presence across distribution channels.
Media and PR:
Lead multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media management, and public relations efforts.
Events:
Coordinate public relations activities to enhance brand reputation and visibility within target markets.
3. Team Management and Internal Collaboration
People Management:
Develop a team and provide mature, energetic, and effective leadership, fostering a culture of high performance, media savviness, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Work seamlessly with all Segment Sales teams (A&D, Trade, etc.), Product Development, Technical Support and Creative Services to ensure marketing collateral and strategies directly address the unique needs of each audience.
Who You Are & What You Need
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree/MBA preferred).
Experience:
7 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the luxury and multi‑channel building materials or design industry.
Industry Expertise:
Must have demonstrated passion for, and deep experience in the high-end design world, with the strategic maturity to apply marketing principles across diverse B2B and B2C channels. Must be keenly tuned into the luxury home products market.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical abilities, advanced digital marketing fluency, managerial maturity, and highly proficient in communication (personable and comfortable speaking to diverse audiences, including senior vendor partners).

What you do You work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to support our marketing strategy engagements.
Partner relationship management – Assist in the management of our marketing calendars and campaign performance analysis.
Inbound lead management – Track, analyze and report on the lifecycle of inbound leads.
Account based marketing – Assist Account Managers with the launch and management of initiatives to ensure we meet annual goals for key customer accounts.
CRM – Support management of customer data, communication workflows and overall health of the database.
Outbound marketing – Assist in planning, scheduling and gathering content for paid marketing, email campaigns and social media calendars and results.
Project coordination – Manage project forms, gathering of requirements, project tracking, timeline of deliverables and quality control.
Sales and Marketing asset management – Support timely movements of final marketing assets into our digital asset management tool and partners’ tools as needed. Provide support as needed for updates to and review of materials.
Company websites – Responsible for regular testing of links and forms. Gains knowledge of HubSpot to partner with our Creative Services department for content updates.
Vendor and resource management – Support communication, documentation and deadline tracking of our Marketing partners.
What you need
1+ year of marketing experience (brand, agency or event), or recent grad with history of solid internships.
Experience with task and project management, time management, status sheets.
Strong knowledge of spreadsheets.
Hands‑on social media execution experience is a must.
Experience working with budgets, data and quality control (or analytical background/experience with an interest to be involved with data).
Experience with customer databases (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho/Active Campaign). You understand how gathering data helps us improve customer experience and move leads to sales.
Data analysis experience, reviewing campaign results. This is not a data entry position, but you must be OK with entering data and ensuring the customer database is accurate.
An interest in design and a willingness to learn about our products and our customers.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
