Qualifications and Responsibilities
Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Succession Management
Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment
Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients' needs
Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting
Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management
Experience in working with integration with SuccessFactors module
At least one full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements
