Join us as the Director of Patient Financial Services! As the Director of Patient Financial Services for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. The Director of Patient Financial Services is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.
As the Director of Patient Financial Services You are responsible for the day-to-day management and functioning of the patient access and patient financial services functions in the organization.
You will oversee all registration, admitting, billing and collections functions in the organization including patient registration, financial counseling, bed assignment, census tracking, charge capture, claims production and submission, payment posting and follow-up and management and oversight of the accounts receivable.
You are responsible for leading and supervising the Patient Access Supervisor and the staff in Patient Financial Services.

The Director of Patient Financial Services will have the following
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the patient access, patient accounting/business office environment.
Minimum of 5 years supervisory/leadership experience.
Experience with various technologies and systems used in patient accounting.
Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft office products, especially Excel and Access.
Pay Range Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
$115,000 - $150,000
