We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Residential Leasing Agent

to support leasing across a

700+ unit scattered portfolio spanning 17 residential properties throughout the Denver Metro area.

This is a

high-volume leasing opportunity

with strong inbound lead activity and a modern leasing model designed to maximize conversions. The role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and enjoys the autonomy of working across a scattered-site portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with prospective residents

Convert inbound leads into property tours and signed leases

Conduct in-person tours across a scattered-site portfolio

Accurately communicate pricing, availability, and property details

Manage the full leasing lifecycle from inquiry to signed lease

Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline tracking through CRM tools

Work independently while partnering with leadership on leasing performance goals

What We’re Looking For

Residential leasing or real estate sales experience preferred

Strong closing ability and disciplined follow-up habits

Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with performance-based income

Ability to manage multiple properties and high activity levels

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Colorado Real Estate License preferred or willingness to obtain

Compensation

Commission-based compensation per lease signed

40% of total brokerage commission

High leasing velocity across a

700+ unit portfolio

Typical first-year earnings range

$75,000 – $100,000+ depending on leasing volume.
