We’re hiring contract Event Brand Representatives to attend law enforcement and SWAT conferences across the U.S. You’ll serve as the face of ROKA on the expo floor — educating attendees, generating qualified leads, and helping grow our relationships in the tactical space.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in law enforcement, military, first responder communities, or tactical gear sales who are comfortable engaging and building rapport with conference attendees.
Responsibilities:
Represent ROKA at assigned conferences and vendor expos
Engage with conference attendees: law enforcement officers, SWAT operators, procurement officers, and agency decision-makers
Understand & clearly communicate ROKA’s performance technology, ballistic‑rated options, and tactical use cases
Capture and document sales leads accurately
Support on‑site product demos and fittings
Assist with booth setup and teardown
Work cohesively within a small team environment during fast‑paced event days
Must Haves:
Background in law enforcement, military, first responder, or tactical industry preferred
Strong interpersonal & verbal communication skills — able to clearly articulate technical product features and performance benefits
Prior trade show or vendor expo experience
Professional, polished, and high‑energy presence
Self‑starter mindset — dependable, punctual, and comfortable representing the brand independently
Strong team player with a collaborative, professional approach
Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for events
Ability to stand for extended periods and work long expo days (8+ hours)
Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed for booth setup, teardown, and movement of materials
Work Location:
This is a contract role supporting conferences and expos across the United States. Representatives will travel to assigned events (typically 2–4 days per event), with schedules confirmed in advance. Travel, lodging, and approved expenses will be covered or reimbursed per agreement.
