Content Marketing Manager/Producer (Finance) SixAxis seeks a dynamic Content Marketing Manager/Producer to drive content initiatives across our safety equipment portfolio. Our family of brands includes SafeRack, Upside Innovations, ErectaStep, RollaStep, and YellowGate. This role creates educational content that positions our brands as expert safety solutions while engaging B2B audiences across multiple channels. This position is Remote/Hybrid.

Position Overview The Content Marketing Manager/Producer develops content strategies that showcase industrial safety expertise through authentic storytelling, education, and entertainment rather than promotional messaging. This role requires both creative vision and technical execution capabilities and includes coordinating and directing outside contractors and internal production staff to support content delivery at scale.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Content Strategy & Production

Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple brand channels

Create, edit, and produce content including blogs, website copy, social media, product descriptions, and technical documentation using professional tools independently

Collaborate with subject matter experts, Regional Area Managers, and production teams for accurate, authentic technical content

Manage and brief external contractors (writers, designers, videographers) to support content creation, ensuring work meets brand, safety, and technical standards

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedback cycles with contractors to keep projects on schedule and within scope

Identify content opportunities showcasing safety expertise and product applications

Master SixAxis product portfolio and OSHA compliance requirements

Authentic Social Media Marketing

Create authentic B2B content that educates, entertains, and contributes value rather than promotional posts

Develop content that positions brands as thought leaders through problem-solving, industry insights, and practical expertise

Execute B2B social strategies tailored to industrial safety professionals using authentic storytelling

Implement engagement strategies, testing methodologies, and performance optimization

Measure social media efficacy and conduct experiments to improve performance

Technical Content Production

Utilize professional content creation tools (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere) for independent content production

Leverage AI tools for content creation, optimization, and publishing processes

Optimize content using SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices

Manage content via SproutSocial to ensure consistent cross-platform publishing
