Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes that impact pharmacy sales.
Support upselling, cross‑selling, and account expansion initiatives.
Partner with account managers to ensure smooth transitions from sale to ongoing client support.
What we’re looking for:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with an active pharmacist license in good standing.
3–5+ years of pharmacy experience (managed care, PBM, specialty, clinical, or retail preferred).
Prior experience in pharmacy or healthcare sales, business development, or commercial roles is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued.
Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
