User Experience Architect Job at Insight Global in Juno Beach

I’m representing a ServiceNow Experience Architect opportunity supporting enterprise‑level ServiceNow initiatives for our client in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 6‑month contract role ideal for a senior experience architect or HCD leader who thrives at the intersection of business, UX, and technology while designing scalable, user‑centric ServiceNow solutions. This role is onsite in Juno Beach, FL and will act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and IT partners.

???? Pay Rate: $40–$55/hr (based on years of experience)

• Senior‑level experience as a ServiceNow Experience Architect, HCD Lead, or UX Architect supporting enterprise ServiceNow platforms
• Strong command of Human‑Centered Design (design thinking, journey mapping, experience blueprinting) applied to real systems
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow UX, workflows, and platform architecture
• Proven ability to turn user research into clear experience strategies and solution designs
• Experience leading usability testing, validation, and experience benchmarking
• Confident stakeholder partner who can bridge business goals and technical feasibility

Nice to Have

• Background as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or enterprise Experience Architect
• Experience measuring experience impact, value modeling, or ROI
• Exposure to IT financials (budgeting, forecasting, prioritization)
• Experience establishing or influencing experience standards and best practices
• Recognized as a subject‑matter expert in prior organizations
• Own experience architecture for ServiceNow initiatives from strategy through execution
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to shape user‑centric solutions
• Lead research, usability testing, and validation to inform experience decisions
• Create and maintain personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints
• Identify experience gaps and drive root‑cause analysis and improvement plans
• Present clear, actionable experience recommendations to senior partners
