$17 - $17 USD per hourRequired Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age- Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings and background checks and comply with state licensing rules
- Demonstrated physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, kneel, and perform repetitive motion for up to 810 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs routinely and push/pull heavier loads as needed
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through to maintain compliance and product quality
- Basic plant-care knowledge (watering, feeding, pruning) or demonstrated willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable working in controlled-environment conditions (varying temperature and humidity)
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and supervisor direction
- Basic record-keeping and computer literacy for inventory and seed-to-sale data entry
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation to work
- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and clear communication skills
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in a regulated cannabis cultivation facility- Formal education or coursework in horticulture, plant science, or a related field
- Experience with hydroponic systems, nutrient management, or environmental control systems
- Familiarity with integrated pest management (IPM) and safe pesticide handling
- Experience with seed-to-sale systems (e.g., METRC) and electronic inventory management
- Post-harvest experience (trimming, drying, curing, packaging)
- Basic equipment operation (forklift, pallet jack) or willingness to become certified
- Supervisory or leadership experience and interest in career advancement within cultivation
